Garden Maintenance/Landscapers Labourer

We are seeking a hands-on garden maintenance/landscapers labourer for an exciting 8 month journey beginning on March 2nd 2026 to end Oct 2026.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Garden Maintenance experience with some plant knowledge
- A full clean driving license (held 3+ years)
- PA1/PA6 Spraying Ticket
- A willingness and physical ability to assist as hard landscapers labourer when required
This Garden Maintenance role with some hard landscaping role is working mainly on the domestic and commercial maintenance side of the business an is initially for a fixed term of 8 months.
Based on 40 hours per week, holidays are on a pro-rata basis and a minimum hourly starting rate of £13.00 with a 3 month trial period after which an increase in hourly rate will depend on the individual’s ability. Alternatively, the candidate may wish to be self employed and hourly rate terms can be negotiated.
With exposure to many different types of projects both commercial and domestic, this is a varied role which will keep you busy, interested and continually learning.
